What will be your mission?

As Sommelier Júnior (M/F), you will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Wine service areas in the hotel.

What will you do?

Delivery of wine service to the guests.
Training the wait staff.
Managing wine stock inventory.
Keeping wine stocks under control.
Wine menu development.
Costing/margins management.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a sommelier, managing wine stock.
Good level of English both verbal and written.
Accredited sommelier certificate.
Passion for wine and drinks in general.
Proven track of engaging the restaurant team in wine (e.g. wine-pairing, upselling, training).
Ambitious to learn and develop whilst on job.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pleasant, positive, and open attitude.
