Nous sommes à la recherche d’un stagiaire en vinification des vendanges – REJOIGNEZ-NOUS !
Schloss Englar est un domaine viticole de montagne de taille moyenne situé au cœur du Tyrol du Sud/Haut-Adige (Italie), produisant du chardonnay, du pinot blanc, du sauvignon blanc, du riesling et du pinot noir.
Le candidat retenu sera impliqué dans tous les aspects du processus de récolte, de la vigne au fût, en mettant l’accent sur le travail en cave. Les travaux commencent fin août et se poursuivront jusqu’à fin octobre / début novembre (à déterminer, selon le millésime). Le logement est fourni.

Schloss Englar is a medium-sized mountain wine estate in the heart of Südtirol/Alto Adige (Italy), producing Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Noir.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the harvest process, from vine to barrel, with a focus on cellar work. Work starts in late August and will run through late October / early November (TBD, vintage dependent). Housing is provided.
