You will be in charge of a white wine winery. A qualified team on site will be supporting you. You will take part in the various stages of wine making and will report directly to the winemaker on the work in progress.
The winery is equipped to produce 5000 cases of white wine with most of the fermentation in oak. You will supervise and take part in sorting the grapes, the pressurage, the fermentation and the ageing on lees. The winemaker will guide you on a daily basis through the different tasks.
You will also supervise an experimental terraced vineyard. The philosophy is based on minimum intervention and indigenous yeast with a wide variety of grapes such as Clairette, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Obeidi, Roll…
