Are you wine passioned and looking for a unique opportunity to blend your enthusiasm with a winter getaway? Massaya Winery, located at high altitude in Faqra resort, Lebanon, is seeking a young and dynamic Wine Tasting Room Assistant to join our team this winter season!

Position: Wine Tasting Room Assistant
Location: Faqra, Lebanon
Contract Type: Seasonal (December 1st – February 28th)
Working Hours: Full-time
Days Off: Mondays and Tuesdays (perfect for skiing!)

< Bac : CAP / CAP Agricole / BEPA

Expérience professionnelle

De 2 à 5 ans d'exp

Your Role:

Customer Engagement: Lead wine tastings, offering guests a chance to appreciate our wines' personalities.
Tour Guidance: Conduct guided tours, sharing insights into our winemaking process and history.
Sales Support: Assist with wine sales and manage the boutique, ensuring high standards of service.
Event Participation: Support special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Wine Expertise: Provide expert recommendations and elevate the wine experience for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Languages: Fluent in English. French or other languages are a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for wine, and excellent customer service.
Experience: Previous experience at wineries or restaurants is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Able to handle hospitality activities and multiple tasks.
Flexibility: Willing to work weekends and holidays.
